John has been involved in various types of real estate for over forty years. He started buying and selling Lake Norman waterfront properties. He later got involved in development and built the first dry stack boat storage facility in Iredell County known as Skipper’s Marina.

FRANK HARMON

With over 40 years in the Iredell County real estate industry Frank brings his extensive knowledge and experience to every client he represents. As a land acquisition specialist he has represented sellers, buyers, and developers with many ventures from shopping centers and free standing retail to office and medical complexes, hotels, and more. Frank has been involved in numerous land assemblages for major commercial and residential projects and is a member of the Charlotte Area Commercial Board of REALTORS. He previously served as President of the Iredell County Board of REALTORS and is a retired Commander and pilot of the US Naval Reserves.

Lewis brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry as well as the construction industry.
