| Biography Tim Marshall Tim Marshall , a North Carolina native, served in the US Army from 1977 to 1980. After graduating from Surry Community College in 1982, Tim began a 22 year tour with Duke Power as an electrical designer. In 1986, after graduating from UNCC with a B.S. in Engineering Technology, Tim worked as a controls system engineer for Duke Engineering & Services and then for Duke/Fluor Daniel until December of 2003. In 2004, Tim joined Equity Commercial Properties. Tim 's local Iredell community involvement and ability to quickly develop relationships, provides him with the skills to be successful in commercial real estate. Currently, Tim focuses on general brokerage, including sales & leasing for property owners and assisting clients in seeking properties for personal, investment or development uses.
