Equity Commercial properties owner, John R. Kindley , has been active in real estate in Iredell County since 1980. John started in residential real estate, primarily in waterfront properties. In 1987 John developed the first dry storage marina on Lake Norman in Iredell County . He has been involved in varied projects and has experience in land design, zoning, building, development, and real estate sales.
