John has been involved in various types of real estate for over thirty years. He started buying and selling Lake Norman waterfront properties. He later got involved in development and built the first dry stack boat storage facility in Iredell County known as Skipper’s Marina.
John has worked with a diverse client base and has developed extensive knowledge of land use, zoning, environmental, and other development related skills. Dealing with a diversity of clients has also allowed him to gain valuable insight from these clients. This insight enables him to understand what they are trying to accomplish and to effectively get results. He has worked with large land developers, shopping center developers, distribution and storage developers, office developers, and companies starting or expanding their businesses.
Integrity is essential to John and his clients know that they will be well served in this regard and he will represent their interests in a fair and professional manner.
Frank Harmon

Frank has been a real estate broker in Iredell County since 1978. Frank has broad experience in commercial real estate brokerage and development, including hotels, medical centers, shopping centers, fast food restaurants, and large land assemblages for major life style center developers and master-planned communities.

Frank is a lifelong native of Iredell County, and served as President of the Iredell County Board of Realtors in 1981 and was involved in helping develope the county’s first MLS system. He is a graduate of Brevard Junior College and Western Carolina University with a B.S degree in Business Administration. From 1968 to 1988 he served as a Navy Pilot on active duty and in the Naval Reserves. He retired at the rank of Commander after 20 years service.

Rick J. Dagenhart, a native North Carolinian, graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning and from the Institute of Government at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Municipal and County Administration. He received his Real Estate Broker’s License in 1976 for the state of North Carolina. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous industrial and commercial projects that created thousands of jobs throughout North Carolina and the Southeastern United States. Construction has been a part of his life for more than thirty years serving not only his community as executive director of the Chamber of Commerce and marketing executive in a local construction company, but also CEO of a mega two hundred fifty million dollar a year construction company in North Carolina with projects in twenty-six states.
Rick’s diverse construction and development background has given him the ability to determine how buildings can be adapted for various needs as well as how sites can be developed for optimal use. This experience has given him the knowledge and expertise necessary for marketing existing buildings and potential sites for his clients.
